Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to return the product, you have up to 7 days to initiate a return. Please note that the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. For assistance with returns, contact us via email at support@bcndropshipping.com. Our support team will provide you with the correct return address—please do not return your purchase to the sender’s address.
Refund Options
When requesting a return, you can choose between receiving a refund of the amount paid or opting for a storewide voucher. Refunds are processed within 30 to 90 days and will be credited to your original payment method. For purchases made via boleto, please provide all necessary bank details. The refund process for boleto payments typically takes between 7 and 30 days.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your refund request, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If you cannot locate your receipt, support may ask for additional information to identify your transaction.
Cancellation Policy
There are two scenarios for canceling your purchase:
If the product has not yet been shipped:
We will process the refund to your original payment method, whether by credit card or bank transfer in the case of a boleto. The refund will be completed within 15 business days after your cancellation request is received.
If the product has already been shipped:
You must wait for the product to arrive and refuse delivery. For those living in apartments or condominiums, please inform your building staff not to accept the delivery. Once the product is returned to us, we will refund the shipping cost. However, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund due to logistical costs. If the product is delivered and accepted, it will be the customer’s responsibility to return the product to our facility in Brazil at their own expense.

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at support@bcndropshipping.com to arrange the exchange and receive the return address.
Important Notes
Refunds and cancellations will only be processed to a bank account registered under the name of the person who made the purchase on our website. If the account holder’s details differ, an official request and authorization must be provided through the registered email address.
Shipping times for returns may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item valued over R$75.00, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe return of your item without these precautions.
