Terms & Conditions of Use
SECTION 1 – TERMS OF USE OF THE APPLICATION/SITE
By agreeing to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, you may not use the products advertised on the application/website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, under any circumstances, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).

This site maintains historical information, however it is normally provided for your reference. We reserve the right to change any document or information displayed on this application/website, even though we know that we have no obligation to update any information on this page, and you agree that it is your responsibility to monitor any changes made here.

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice, or to stop offering the service or part thereof, without prior notice, at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any and all modifications, price changes, or failure to provide the service.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively through the application/website, so we also reserve the right to apply limited quantities and also return and exchange policies according to our policy.
We work to make visible only products that are as accurate as possible in size and color, but we cannot guarantee that any specific color will be displayed due to the computer monitor that the user is using. We reserve the right to limit our products to anyone, in any location and also jurisdiction. We also do not guarantee the quality of any product available, and services, information or other material purchased by you will meet your expectations, or any errors that may exist in the provision of the service.
SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. There is the possibility that we provide third-party tools, and in this case we do not have the autonomy to monitor or have any control and access. Any extra tool made available in our application/website is entirely your responsibility and you must ensure and approve the terms provided by it. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall we, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. SECTION 10 – TERMINATION OF SERVICE
You may terminate this contract at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services or by ceasing to use our application/website. Either party may terminate this contract at any time, and any charges or other pending information and procedures will be handled directly by the contract termination department.
SECTION 11 – CUSTOMER SERVICE
You will always have access to our customer service via email, online chat on our app/website, as well as our WhatsApp number. It is your responsibility to contact us whenever any questions or situations arise that may compromise your data or the processing of your information on our app/website. The response time varies depending on the question sent, between 48 and 72 business hours.
SECTION 12 – SUBMISSIONS

SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
